Scope and acceptance
By using this website you accept these terms. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use it.
These terms concern the website only. Your visit to the restaurant is governed by applicable law and the terms in force on the premises, not by this text. Accepting these terms is not consent to the processing of personal data — that is covered by the Privacy Policy and is asked for separately where required.
The site is informational — no contract is concluded
The site presents the restaurant, the menu and our contact details. It has no online shop, booking form or ordering facility: no contract is formed and no payment is made through it.
Bookings are made by phone. A booking request is binding only once we confirm it. At peak times availability cannot be guaranteed.
Menu, prices and availability
The menu and prices are published in good faith and kept up to date, but may change without notice. They are not a binding offer but an invitation to order; what binds is the price list in force at the restaurant when you visit.
Prices are in euro and include all legal charges. Fresh fish depends on the day’s catch and is served by weight: the final amount follows from the weight of the portion you choose.
Dish availability depends on the season and the day’s produce. Opening hours apply to the season and may vary — please confirm by phone before visiting.
Allergies and dietary requirements
The information on this site about our dishes is general and does not replace speaking to us directly. If you have an allergy, intolerance or other dietary requirement, tell the manager or the Chef before you order, as the menu notes also state. We are not liable for consequences arising from not being told.
Intellectual property
All content — text, photographs, logo, marks, graphics and design — is protected by copyright law and belongs to us or to rightsholders who have licensed it to us.
You may view and store content for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, modification, republication or commercial exploitation without prior written permission is not allowed. Journalists and partners wanting to use photographs should get in touch — we usually say yes.
We expressly reserve all text and data mining rights in this content, including its use for training artificial-intelligence systems (Art. 4(3) of Directive 2019/790). The reservation is also declared in machine-readable form, in /.well-known/tdmrep.json and in a “tdm-reservation” tag on every page.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully and in a way that does not harm its operation or other visitors. Not permitted, by way of example: attempts to breach security or gain unauthorised access, overloading or disrupting the service, bulk automated harvesting of content, and framing our pages within another site in a way that misleads as to their origin.
Availability of the site
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site available and up to date, but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it, in whole or in part, without notice.
Liability
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law permits, we are not liable for damage arising from its use or from being unable to use it, nor for any inaccuracies or omissions in the content.
For the avoidance of doubt, the limitation above does NOT cover our liability for intent or gross negligence, or for personal injury or death, and does not affect the rights mandatory consumer-protection law gives you. Any clause to the contrary would be void and we do not seek to impose one.
Links to third parties
The site links to external pages (Google, Instagram, press coverage and so on). We do not control their content and are not responsible for it or for their practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Personal data and cookies
How we process data is described in the Privacy Policy, and what is stored on your device in the Cookie Policy. Both prevail over these terms on anything concerning personal data.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The version in force is published on this page with the update date at the top. Continuing to use the site after publication means accepting the new version.
Governing law and disputes
Greek law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your domicile — we impose no exclusive jurisdiction on you.
